Introduction

This residential project in Achkout focused on balancing technical performance with refined interior design. GM Concepts set out to create a luxurious yet durable home capable of resisting weather changes while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere.

By enhancing thermal insulation and selecting region-appropriate materials, the design integrates comfort with elegance. High-density fiberboard with oak veneer and walnut-toned finishes, ceramic tiles for the fireplace, and solid wood radiator covers were carefully chosen to ensure both durability and visual warmth.
